▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Integral graphene film comprises chemically functionalized graphene sheets chemically bonded or interconnected with one another having an inter-planar spacing d002 of 0.36-1.5 nm as determined by X-ray diffraction and a non-carbon element comprising 0.1-47 wt.%, where the functionalized graphene sheets are parallel to one another and parallel to an in-plane direction of the integral graphene film and the integral graphene film has a length of 1 cm to 10000 m, a width of 1 cm to 5 m, a thickness of 2 nm to 500 mu m, and a physical density of 1.5-2.2 g/cm3. USE - Used as integral graphene film. ADVANTAGE - The film: exhibits a thermal conductivity of 200-1600 (preferably at least 1200) W/mK or an electrical conductivity of 600-15000 (preferably no less than 8000) S/cm, and a Young's modulus of 20-250 (preferably 30-150) GPa or a tensile strength of 1-3.5 (preferably 1.2-3) GPa (claimed); exhibits a combination of exceptionally high tensile strength, elastic modulus, thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity along all in-plane directions; and exhibits a degree of graphene plane orientation of greater than 87%, preferably 87-99%.
