NOVELTY - Method for growing carbon nanotubes on surface of graphene involves mixing transition metal salt and 1-2 mg/mL graphene oxide in volume ratio of 1:1-4, stirring for 10-30 minutes, quick-freezing at 60-80 degrees C for 5-10 minutes, vacuum-drying, placing dried solid sample in porcelain boat, putting porcelain boat in horizontal chemical-vapor deposition furnace, heating to 300-40 degrees C for 1-2 hours, introducing high-purity argon gas, heating at 900-1100 degrees C for 4-6 hours, reacting for 30-50 minutes, cooling to room temperature, and removing the porcelain boat. USE - Method for growing carbon nanotubes on surface of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables efficient growing of carbon nanotubes on graphene, by simple method.
