NOVELTY - Graphene composite film structure comprises a carbon nanotube film structure and multiple graphene sheets of nano-sheets. The carbon nano-tube film structure is composed of multiple carbon nano-fibrils arranged along the same direction by Van der Waals force are connected with each other. The film structure has pores. The nano graphene sheet is covered on the surface of the carbon nanometre film. It is connected with the carbon nano tube film through covalent bond. USE - The carbon nano-tube film-graphene composite film structure is useful in the graphite field of alkene, preferably carbon nanotubes. ADVANTAGE - The carbon nano-tube film-graphene composite film structure has better mechanical property. The graphene nano sheet is carried on the carbon nano tube film so that the composite film of the integral structure is more conductive and thermally conductive relative to the dispersed composite film.
