▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Heavy-load open gear oil, comprises 50.0-70.0% synthetic base oil, 20.0-40.0% tackifier, 5.0-15.0% extreme pressure agent, 3.0-8.0% anti-wear agent, 1.0-10% emergency repair lubricant, 1.0-5.0% antioxidant, and 0.1-8.0% anti-rust agent. The emergency repair lubricant is graphene, tungsten disulfide, zinc sulfide, molybdenum disulfide, antimony sulfide, graphite, and/or polytetrafluoroethylene. USE - Used as heavy-load open gear oil. ADVANTAGE - The gear oil has low cost, long service life, convenient preparation method and easy production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing heavy- load open gear oil, comprising (i) adding part of the synthetic base oil into a reactor, stirring for 30 minutes, and heating to 110-130 degrees C; (ii) placing all the tackifier into the container, pouring the synthetic base oil heated to 110-130 degrees C in the reactor into a container with a tackifier, stirring for 20-30 minutes, adding the stirred mixture of synthetic base oil and tackifier into the reactor; (iii) pouring the mixture of synthetic base oil and tackifier in the reactor again into the container with tackifier, stirring for 10-20 minutes, pouring into the reactor again, and repeating three times to ensure that all the tackifiers are poured into the reactor; (iv) stirring at 110-130 degrees C for 60-90 minutes, adding the remaining synthetic base oil into the reactor, continuously stirring for 60-120 minutes, cooling the mixed oil in the reactor to 60-70 degrees C; (v) adding extreme pressure agent, anti-wear agent and emergency repair lubricant into the reactor at 60-70 degrees C, stirring for 40-60 minutes, adding the antioxidants and anti-rust agent into the reactor, continuously stirring for 40-60 minutes, and recirculating stirring for 3-4 hours; and (vi) degassing before discharging.
