NOVELTY - The enrichment method of active component of Chinese medicine involves loading the dispersed graphene composite material by 8C modified mesoporous silica/graphene composite material, using certain solvent for elution, extracting the effective components of Chinese medicine in a biological sample, concentrating by blowing nitrogen, redissolving in a certain solvent, using high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry or gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry, and measuring the content of effective components of Chinese medicine in the biological sample. USE - Enrichment of active component of Chinese medicine based on 8C modified mesoporous silica/graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables enrichment of active component of Chinese medicine with fast extraction speed, high efficiency, and excellent safety, by simple and environmentally-friendly process.
