NOVELTY - Multi-core photovoltaic cable comprises plurality of core wires (3) arranged in a circle. The core wires comprise an insulating layer (2) and a cable conductor unit wrapped in the insulating layer, each cable conductor unit is formed by twisting together multiple cable conductors (1). The core wires and the filling layer (4) are twisted to form a cable core (5). The outer side of the cable core is covered with a wrapping layer (6). The outer side of the wrapping layer is covered with an outer sheath (7). USE - The multi-core photovoltaic cable useful for solar power generation system (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The multi-core photovoltaic cable: can replace multiple chaotic single-core photovoltaic cables with a clearly marked multicore photovoltaic cable, which is convenient for identification, cable laying and installation and fixing; solves the problems of extrusion, mechanical damage and thermal breakdown caused by chaotic laying of multiple single-core cables, and improves the reliability of cables and the efficiency of installation and laying; reduces the project cost and construction cost, can further reduce costs and increase efficiency due to aluminum alloy flexible conductor design, improves transmission efficiency, and meet the needs of photovoltaic power generation systems with continuously increasing capacity.
