NOVELTY - The sensor has a bridge module covered with a free ferromagnetic layer (5) and arranged with a graphene pier (41) and a public electrode (6) along upper and lower directions. Another bridge module is covered with a fixed ferromagnetic layer (8) and arranged with a bias electrode (7) and another graphene pier (42) along upper to lower direction. An upper part of a graphene pier assembly (3) is covered with an insulation layer (2). An upper part of a control electrode (1) is covered with the insulation layer. The free ferromagnetic layer is made of iron, cobalt, or nickel material. USE - Bridge-type graphite alkenyl magnetic sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor is simple in structure, small in size, inexpensive and convenient to manufacture. The sensor has high resolution ratio.
