NOVELTY - Preparing polyurethane adhesive comprises e.g. (i) adding 10-15 pts. wt. polyester polyol into a reaction kettle, and vacuum dehydrating for 4-6 hours, (ii) providing 1-5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, and 5-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide, coupling treatment to obtain graphene oxide after treatment, adding the treated graphene oxide and 70-80 pts. wt. solvent into the reaction kettle, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 2-8 hours, (iii) taking 30-40 pts. wt. isocyanate, 1-3 pts. wt. catalyst and 4-8 pts. wt. chain extender in the reaction kettle, heating to 80-90 degrees C for 2-7 hours. USE - The method is useful for preparing polyurethane adhesive (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polyurethane adhesive has high coefficient of heat conductivity, and large peeling strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing polyurethane adhesive comprises (i) adding 10-15 pts. wt. polyester polyol into a reaction kettle, and vacuum dehydrating for 4-6 hours, (ii) providing 1-5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, and 5-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide, coupling treatment to obtain graphene oxide after treatment, adding the treated graphene oxide and 70-80 pts. wt. solvent into the reaction kettle, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 2-8 hours, (iii) taking 30-40 pts. wt. isocyanate, 1-3 pts. wt. catalyst and 4-8 pts. wt. chain extender in the reaction kettle, heating to 80-90 degrees C for 2-7 hours, and (iv) in the reaction kettle, at 80-90 degrees C vacuum distilling, cooling and discharging to obtain the polyurethane adhesive. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) polyurethane adhesive; and (2) conductive adhesive for connection between each electronic component in an electronic device, comprises a base material layer and polyurethane adhesive sprayed on the base material layer, where base material layer one side or two sides has the adhesive layer.
