▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves supplying (S11) raw materials to a MB system supply unit on a MB device for manufacturing a mask filter in a melt blow (MB) method for blending a PolyPropylene (PP)-based composite material. An MB nonwoven fabric is manufactured (S12) from the MB device using the PP-based composite material supplied to the MB method supply unit. A mesh structure is formed and the thickness of the MB nonwoven fabric subjected to heat stabilization and stretching process is controlled to be 0.1-10 mm. Nanocellulose is applied (S15) on the graphene fiber-based PLA composite layer formed on the nonwoven fabric layer. A waterproof structure that primarily blocks moisture in the presence is provided. A process of improving drape property to the nonwoven fabric layer to which electrostatic force is given through an air washing process, is added, and air washing the nonwoven fabric layer at a temperature of 80-90 degrees C and a speed of 300-450 m/hr by an air washing process. USE - Method of manufacturing mask filter by melt blow (MB) method. ADVANTAGE - The method for manufacturing mask filter improves thermal insulation performance. The mask filter is formed into a melt-blown nonwoven fabric layer that controls the average pore size to be small by applying eco-friendly materials. The mask filter is used for a long time and provides an effect of improving the thermal insulation performance, by extending the mechanical strength and electrostatic force maintenance period.
