NOVELTY - The method involves preparing nanometer silicon dispersion. Manganese oxide and nanometer silicon are mixed in dispersion liquid. GO is prepared by modified hummer process and is added to solvent for ultrasonic treatment, so as to obtain uniform dispersion liquid. GO dispersion liquid is dripped in ball-milling tank. Reaction product is dried to obtain silicon/manganese oxide/graphite compound. Carbon source is dissolved in organic solution and add obtained manganese oxide/graphite compound, so as to obtain silicon/manganese oxide/graphene/carbon lithium ion battery cathode material. USE - Preparation method of silicon/manganese oxide/graphene/carbon lithium ion battery cathode material. ADVANTAGE - The carbon/lithium ion battery cathode material is prepared simply at low cost. The charging and discharging efficiency of battery is high. The battery is prepared with high specific capacity and good cycle performance.
