NOVELTY - Graphene toughened epoxy resin-acrylic ester rubber-based adhesive comprises 50-100 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 50-100 pts. wt. acrylic ester rubber, 5-7.5 pts. wt. curing agent, 1-5 pts. wt. graphene, and 5-5 pts. wt. solvent, where the raw material formulation is prepared by uniformly dispersing the graphene in the solvent, sequentially adding epoxyster rubber and the curing agent to the solvent and dispersing uniformly to obtain a dispersion liquid, and vacuum drying the dispersion solution to remove the solvent. USE - The graphene toughened epoxy resin-acrylic ester rubber-based adhesive is useful for bonding the work-piece through surface adhesive force and forming high-shear strength related joint structure. ADVANTAGE - The graphene toughened epoxy resin-acrylic ester rubber-based adhesive has excellent mechanical property at the same time of fast curing.
