NOVELTY - The method involves using flake graphite to carry out a mixing reaction with concentrated sulfuric acid at low temperature, raising to certain temperature, adding potassium permanganate for secondary reaction, quickly heating mixed solution, discharging, quickly gasifying, and collecting and washing solid powder with acid and water to obtain a graphene product. USE - The method is useful for producing graphene by gas-phase stripping method. ADVANTAGE - The method: adopts the intercalation and puffing process; has simple production process, less product defects and excellent performance; and is easy to operate.
