▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A three-dimensional elastic nitrogen-doped carbon foam composite electrode material is formed by compounding melamine sponge comprising graphene oxide. USE - Three-dimensional elastic nitrogen-doped carbon foam composite electrode material. ADVANTAGE - The electrode material has large specific surface area, excellent circulation ability, and shortened transport path by doping surface charge-storage quick reaction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a three-dimensional elastic nitrogen-doped carbon foam composite electrode material, which involves adding and dissolving graphene oxide in de-ionized water under ultrasonic condition at room temperature, dispersing the graphene oxide solution for 5-30 minutes, soaking melamine sponge in the solution and performing the ultrasonic process for 0.5-2 hours to obtain graphene oxide dispersed melamine sponge. The obtained sponge is dried and heat-treated under inert atmosphere, followed by raising the temperature to 600-900 degrees C at a speed of 4-6 degrees C/minute, maintaining heat for 0.5-2 hours and naturally cooling to obtain a finished product, where the mole concentration of graphene oxide is 1-4 mol/l.
