▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The graphene modified polyimide composite material is obtained by adding 60-70 vol.% polyimide and 10-20 vol.%. PTFE, wet mixing, adding 10-20 vol.% aramid fibers, 0-3 vol.% graphene and 0-4 vol.% aluminum silicate, uniformly mixing, drying and crushing at 120 degrees C to 200-mesh sieve molding material, transferring the mold material to mold, hot pressing, sintering, molding at 360-380 degrees C and 10-20 MPa, natural cooling and demolding to obtain graphene modified polyimide composite material. USE - Graphene modified polyimide composite material used for preparation of ultrasonic motor rotor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene modified polyimide composite material has stable friction coefficient and low wear rate, and improves speed, stability and service life of the ultrasonic motor.
