NOVELTY - Preparing collagen-based material capable of inhibiting neovascularization involves preparing a certain concentration of collagen solution, and then adding carbodiimide and N-hydroxysuccinyl in a certain proportion to the collagen solution, stirring fully to cause cross-linking reaction, and casting the cross-linked collagen solution into the mold, pre-freezing the collagen gel at -20 degrees C, and then pre-freezing at -80 degrees C, and vacuum freeze-drying for more than 48 hours to obtain a collagen sponge scaffold with uniform structure. A certain concentration of graphene oxide solution and bovine serum albumin solution are prepared respectively. The graphene oxide solution is added to the bovine serum albumin solution to prepare a certain concentration of graphene oxide-bovine serum albumin solution. USE - Method for preparing collagen-based material capable of inhibiting neovascularization. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare collagen-based material capable of inhibiting neovascularization, where preparation is simple, the forming is controllable, and the equipment is simple, material has good physical and chemical properties and biocompatibility, and can be used to clinically inhibit the growth and metastasis of tumor sites, or neovascularization that occurs after corneal transplantation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing collagen-based material capable of inhibiting neovascularization involves preparing a certain concentration of collagen solution, and then adding carbodiimide and N-hydroxysuccinyl in a certain proportion to the collagen solution, stirring fully to cause cross-linking reaction, and casting the cross-linked collagen solution into the mold, pre-freezing the collagen gel at -20 degrees C, and then pre-freezing at -80 degrees C, and vacuum freeze-drying for more than 48 hours to obtain a collagen sponge scaffold with uniform structure. A certain concentration of graphene oxide solution and bovine serum albumin solution are prepared respectively. The graphene oxide solution is added to the bovine serum albumin solution to prepare a certain concentration of graphene oxide-bovine serum albumin solution. After immersing the collagen sponge scaffold into the graphene oxide-bovine serum albumin solution, after fully absorbed, according to the sequence, the temperature is gradually lowered again and then frozen, and then freeze-dried to form a collagen-based material that can inhibit neovascularization.
