NOVELTY - A graphene-containing ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene weftless cloth comprises 10-20 pts. wt. ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber, 15-25 pts. wt. liquid butyronitrile rubber, 0.5-1 pt. wt. graphene, 6-25 pts. wt. dimethylformamide, 8-15 pts. wt. binder, 1-6 pts. wt. aramid pulp, 0.5-3 pts. wt. nano copper oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. flame retardant and 0.8-2.5 pts. wt. water repellent substance. USE - Graphene-containing ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene nonwoven fabric (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-containing ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene nonwoven fabric has excellent quality, reduced weight, waterproof property, flame retardance, antimicrobial property, impact resistance, flexibility, and has excellent softness and is comfortable. The nonwoven fabric is prepared by a simple and economical method with high efficiency.
