NOVELTY - A lithium-ion battery cathode material producing method involves dispersing aniline and sodium dodecyl sulfate in water. Graphene oxide is added to dispersion solution and mixed. Hydrochloric acid-acidified ammonium sulfate is added to mixed liquid and centrifuged. Polyaniline-functionalized graphene sheet is dispersed in hydrochloric acid solution and tetrabutyl titanate is added to the mixture. The obtained mixture is stirred and poured into hydrothermal kettle. The obtained mixture is reacted and washed, followed by freeze-drying the mixture to obtain polyaniline-coated titanium dioxide. USE - Method for producing lithium-ion battery cathode material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables producing the lithium-ion battery cathode material in a simple manner, with strong operability, increasing capacity and battery performance and overcoming problems of poor stability and low rate capability technical problems. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A lithium-ion battery cathode material producing method involves dispersing aniline and sodium dodecyl sulfate in water ultrasonically to obtain dispersion solution. Graphene oxide is added to the dispersion solution and mixed ultrasonically for 10-50 minutes to obtain stable mixed liquid. The stable mixed liquid is stirred in ice water bath and 1 mol/l hydrochloric acid-acidified ammonium sulfate is added to the mixed liquid. The mixed liquid is stirred for 10-20 hours and centrifuged and washed for 3-5 times to obtain polyaniline-functionalized graphene sheet. The polyaniline-functionalized graphene sheet is dispersed in 1 mol/l hydrochloric acid solution and tetrabutyl titanate is added to the mixture. The obtained mixture is stirred at room temperature for 1 hour and poured into hydrothermal kettle. The obtained mixture is reacted at 180 degrees C for 12 hours and washed with water for 3-5 times, followed by freeze-drying the mixture to obtain polyaniline-coated titanium dioxide.
