NOVELTY - Preparation of bone tissue replacement material involves preparing nano hydroxyapatite/chitosan slurry, preparing melamine sponge loaded with nano hydroxyapatite/chitosan slurry by soaking melamine sponge in nano hydroxyapatite/chitosan slurry, extruding the melamine sponge, vacuum-drying at 40-80 degrees C and 60-90 kPa to obtain porous hydroxyapatite ceramics, sintering porous hydroxyapatite ceramics in air, and loading graphene oxide on ceramics. USE - Preparation of bone tissue replacement material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prepared bone tissue replacement material has excellent porous structure and high mechanical strength and porosity.
