▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Ferrous-ferric oxide-polyethylene glycol-graphene oxide/doxorubicin nano-composite material, is claimed. The preparation of graphene oxide-polyethylene glycol comprises bonding the surface of graphene oxide with aminated polyethylene glycol derivative by 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide to increase its water solubility. USE - The ferrous-ferric oxide-polyethylene glycol-graphene oxide/doxorubicin nano-composite material is useful as anti-tumor medicinal carrier in tumor-magnetic target, T2 mode imaging and chemotherapy (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nano-composite material is suitable for other anticancer drug tumor treatment along with magnetic resonance imaging to obtain therapeutic effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing ferrous-ferric oxide-polyethylene glycol-graphene oxide/doxorubicin nano-composite material, comprising adding ferrous-ferric oxide magnetic nano-particles (10 nm)-containing n-hexane solution into meso-2,3-dimercaptosuccinic acid-containing acetone solution, stirring at 60 degrees C for 4 hours, adding 2 volumes of ethanol, ultrasonicating for 30 minutes, carrying out magnetic separation, removing supernatant by retaining the precipitate, repeating the process for two times.
