NOVELTY - Graphene concrete lithium-based curing agent comprises 30-40 pts. wt. lithium silicate, 0.5-2.5 pts. wt. nano zirconia powder (30-50 nm), 1.5-4.5 pts. wt. ceramic particles, 5-15 pts. wt. silica gel, 5-10 pts. wt. glycerol, 5-25 pts. wt. graphene semi-prepolymer, 1-5 pts. wt. trace additives, and 20-30 pts. wt. water (balance). USE - Used as graphene concrete lithium-based curing agent. ADVANTAGE - The lithium-based curing agent has mechanical property, stable structure, high strength, and good toughness. The ceramic particle has good heat reflection performance. The method improves the physical properties of the concrete surface e.g. impact resistance, heat reflection performance and impermeability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing graphene concrete lithium-based curing agent comprising (1) adding 10-30 pts. wt. deionized water into the dispersion tank, adding 1-4 pts. wt. dispersant and penetrant respectively, dispersing for 5-15 minutes, stirring and mixing thoroughly to form a gel-like mixture, where the speed of mixing and stirring is controlled at 400-500 revolutions/minute, (2) adding 1-5 pts. wt. ceramic beads, 5-15 pts. wt. silica gel, 1-5 pts. wt. nano-zirconia powder (30-50nm) into the dispersion tank, controlling the speed at 1400-1800 revolutions/minute for beating and grinding 30 -40 minutes, and then filtering, (3) adding 30-40 pts. wt. lithium silicate and 5-10 pts. wt. glycerol in the dispersion tank, mixing well, adding 5 pts. wt. deionized water, adding 1-2 pts. wt. catalyst to the mixture, fully mixing, and controlling the speed of stirring at 400-500 revolutions/minute, (4) heating the mixture to 90-100degrees Celsius at a heating rate of 10-15degrees Celsius/hour, maintaining the temperature for 1-1.5h to form a milky white or colorless turbid liquid, naturally cooling the temperature to room temperature, stirring and mixing the mixture evenly and controlling stirring speed at 800-1200 revolutions/minute, (5) adding 10-20 pts. wt. graphene semi-prepolymer to the mixed solution, reacting at 40-60degrees Celsius for 2-3 hours, stirring and mixing, and controlling the stirring speed at 400-500 revolutions/minute, (6) lowering the reaction product to room temperature, filtering with distilled water, washing multiple times, and drying in a vacuum drying oven at 60degrees Celsius to a constant quality, where the dispersant is sodium lauryl sulfonate, sodium lauryl sulfate, polyester, polyolefin or polyether hyperdispersants, the penetrant is fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and/or dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate, the BET specific surface area of the silica gel is 550-1000 m2/g and the pore diameter is 0.5-15 nm, the grinding is to add stainless steel beads (0.5-1.5mm) 0.5-1 times the weight of the component for grinding, the mass concentration of lithium silicate is 22%, the catalyst is peroxide, and persulfide, and the mass percentage of glycerol is more than 80%.
