NOVELTY - Halogenated amine salt doped carbon-based perovskite solar battery, comprises a transparent conductive substrate, an electron transport layer, a perovskite light absorbing layer and a carbon electrode. The carbon electrode is doped with halogenated amine salt of conjugated structure. The doping amount is 0.1-5 wt.%. USE - Halogenated amine salt doped carbon-based perovskite solar battery is useful in the field of photovoltaic device. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, efficient and low in cost, has reduced defect density at the carbon electrode/perovskite interface, reduced non-radiative recombination, improves the carrier extraction and transport capabilities, and improves the stability and efficiency.
