NOVELTY - Manufacture of wet masterbatch involves mixing an isoprene rubber latex with aqueous ammonia to obtain an ammonia-containing isoprene rubber latex having ammonia concentration of 10 %mass or less, and wet mixing a graphene oxide aqueous dispersion to obtain a graphene oxide-containing isoprene rubber latex having ammonia concentration of 0.2-5 %mass. USE - Manufacture of wet masterbatch used for producing vulcanized rubber (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to bead filler rubber, tread rubber for car tire, side rubber, ply and belt coating rubber. ADVANTAGE - The method produces wet masterbatch capable of producing vulcanized rubber having excellent dispersibility of graphene oxide, without using large amount of solvent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of vulcanized rubber, which involves mixing a wet masterbatch with a vulcanizing agent and vulcanizing mixture.
