NOVELTY - The nano composite includes a metal oxide nano particle including mesopore and a macro pore formed between graphene layers. The graphene layer is doped to the Nitrogen (N) and comprises oxide graphene in which the graphene layer is reduced (rGO). USE - Nano composite for use in transparent electrode or flexible display. ADVANTAGE - Prevents reagglomeration phenomenon and the substance transfer capability can be improved with the macro pore formed between the graphene layer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a manufacturing method of the nanocomposite, involving heat-treating, removing silica from heat-treated composite, reforming and silica particle dipping a metal precursor into the silica including the mesopore, making metal oxide - silica particle with a positive charge. In the manufacturing method oxide graphene and the nanocomposite in which the metal - silica particle was made of the NH2 - WO3 @ SiO2 @GO can be exemplified to the m- WO3-x @NM-rGO, but the metal - silica particle in which the surface was reformed in order to have the positive charge, can be cohered to the NH2 - WO3 @ SiO2.
