NOVELTY - The annular stripping device has an electrolytic cell (1) and an electrolyte (9) that is provided in the electrolytic cell. An annular counter electrode (2) and a support (3) with mesh are arranged in the electrolytic cell. The annular counter electrode surrounds the support, and a filter bag membrane (6) is set in the support. The filter bag membrane is provided with graphite powder (5) and a current collector (4). The graphite powder and current collector form a graphite electrode. The graphite electrode and annular counter electrode are concentric. A gap is formed between the annular counter electrode and graphite electrode. A heavy object (7) is provided in the upper end of the graphite powder in the filter bag membrane. The annular counter electrode and current collector are connected with an external power supply (8). The annular counter electrode is made of corrosion-resistant metal conductive material. USE - Annular stripping device for producing graphene by electrochemical process of graphite powder. ADVANTAGE - The stripping method realizes large-scale, stable, high-efficiency and low-cost electrochemical exfoliated graphite powder to produce graphene, improves the yield of graphene, and stabilizes the exfoliation current. The bulk density of graphite powder is adjusted by applying external pressure to graphite powder and using filter bag membrane to maintain stable current transmission during the peeling process. The limiting effect of the filter bag membrane ensures the continuity of the peeling current, so that portion of the peeled off graphite particles or graphite flakes is peeled off again to increase the yield of graphene. The short circuit of graphene and graphite particles to the anode and cathode electrodes is avoided, and peeling current is stabilized.
