NOVELTY - The nano-structure comprises nano-particles, where the nano particle is a nano particle of radial anisotropy, and graphene is wrapped around the nano particles to obtain a graphene incident plane electromagnetic wave, and the graphene is modulated by the radially anisotropic nano particle. USE - Nano-structure non-linear optical material for promoting secondary harmonic (SHG) generation in micro-nano optical technology field, sensing, nonlinear imaging and practical applications. ADVANTAGE - The radiation efficiency of the second harmonic wave is high, it is convenient and flexible to modulate. The nano-structure expands the theoretical derivation method of the secondary harmonic generation of the three-dimensional anisotropic nano-system. The second harmonic is enhanced by increasing the radial anisotropy parameter of the nanoparticles.
