NOVELTY - Lightweight fireproofing material comprises 30-40 pts. wt. light ceramic powder, 12-25 pts. wt. polycrystalline refractory fiber, 6-15 pts. wt. sodium bentonite, 12-20 pts. wt. ultra high molecular weight polyethylene fiber, 10-20 pts. wt. expanded hydrotalcite particles, 8-13 pts. wt. mica powder, 3-7 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 3-6 pts. wt. zinc hydroxystannate, 4-8 pts. wt. dioctyl phosphate, 4-8 pts. wt. methyl laurate, 2-6 pts. wt. fly ash hollow floating beads, 2-4 pts. wt. sodium lignin benzene sulfonate, 6-12 pts. wt. calcium stearate, 5-10 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 3-8 pts. wt. magnesium oxide powder, 2-4 pts. wt. foaming agent, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene oxide and 16-25 pts. wt. water. USE - Used as lightweight fireproofing material. ADVANTAGE - The lightweight fireproofing material is economical and environmentally friendly, and has good fireproof and heat-insulating effect.
