▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing zinc electro-winning graphene-doped lead-silver alloy anode comprises (i) preparing 5% lead and silver alloy by melting; (ii) grinding the prepared 5% lead and silver alloy to obtain alloy powder; (iii) mixing the alloy powder with graphene in a powder mixer; (iv) pressing and molding the uniformly mixed powder and sintering in a protective atmosphere; and (v) cooling the sintered material naturally. USE - The method is useful for preparing zinc electro-winning graphene-doped lead-silver alloy anode. ADVANTAGE - The method ensures high finished product rate and short preparation flow. The anode has good corrosion resistance, low resistivity, long service life and high purity electrodeposition and can replace the traditional casting rolling copper surfaced anode.
