▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-like material comprises making precursor molecules deposited at high temperature to introduce chlorine atoms into the copper surface through a dehalogenation reaction to obtain a graphene-like structure, including (i) heating copper substrate to 520 K, and (ii) depositing precursor molecule onto the copper substrate, and during the deposition process, keeping the temperature of the copper substrate at 520 K, and obtaining chlorine-based graphene by self-assembly through dehalogenation reaction. The precursor molecule is 2,4,6-trichloro-1,3,5-triazine molecule. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-like material. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and controllable. The reaction rate of the raw material on the surface is high, and the waste of the reactant is reduced.
