NOVELTY - The non-platinum catalyst that is provided with 25-35 portions of copper powder, 20-30 portions of cobalt powder, 5-9 portions of oxides, 2-6 portions of metal catalysts, 1-4 portions of fluorinated graphene, 10-4 portions of dihydroxybenzoic acid, 20-28 portions phenol and 10-16 portions salicylic acid. The oxide is a perovskite oxide containing lanthanum, manganese and oxygen elements. The metal catalyst is silver element. USE - Non-platinum catalyst for proton exchange membrane fuel cell in battery for converting chemical energy of Gibbs free energy portion into electric energy by electrochemical reaction. ADVANTAGE - The proton exchange membrane fuel cell non-platinum catalyst has excellent catalytic activity, hardness and durability, and is prepared by simple method with high safety and without high temperature and high pressure environment, and no toxic gas generation.
