NOVELTY - The preparation of ceramic-graphene reinforced copper matrix composite material, involves (1) adding graphite flakes to blender for stirring and stripping into graphene, (2) ball milling copper powder and graphene, (3) adding graphite, aluminum oxide powder, iron powder to ball-milled copper powder and ball milling the graphene mixture, (4) transferring ball-milled powder to graphite mold, cold pressing into compact with desired size, sintering compact along with graphite mold in vacuum hot press furnace, (5) releasing pressure after sintering and cooling to room temperature. USE - Preparation of ceramic-graphene reinforced copper matrix composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of ceramic-graphene reinforced copper matrix composite material ensuring high strength, increased stiffness, excellent wear resistance and improved heat-conducting performance.
