NOVELTY - Method for preparing conductive mica powder, involves (a) removing magnetic impurities in raw mica powder using demagnetization device to obtain a demagnetized mica powder, (b) mixing obtained demagnetized mica powder with hydrochloric acid solution, stirring and filtering, washing the filter residue with water, adding acid-washed mica powder to hot water, maintaining the temperature and stirring, (c) forming graphene or graphene composite into a graphene dispersion under action of dispersant and ultrasound, (d) dripping graphene dispersion to uniform mica powder suspension, heating and stirring to cover the graphene dispersion on the surface of the mica micro-wafer, leaving still, removing the supernatant and filtering, (e) sintering the mixed precipitate to obtain a sintered material, sequentially adding sintered material, dimethyl silicone oil and iron oxide to colloid mill, and uniformly grinding, and (f) washing the mixed fine grinding portion using ethanol, drying and heating. USE - Method for preparing conductive mica powder. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, and realizes the uniform compounding of graphene or graphene composite and mica powder, and the obtained mica powder has excellent conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing conductive mica powder, involves (a) removing magnetic impurities in raw mica powder using demagnetization device to obtain a demagnetized mica powder, (b) mixing obtained demagnetized mica powder with hydrochloric acid solution in a solid-to-liquid ratio of 1:(25-30), stirring for 35-45 minutes under water bath heating environment, filtering, washing the filter residue with water to obtain the acid-washed mica powder, adding acid-washed mica powder to hot water, maintaining the temperature at 90-100 degrees C and continuously stirring to obtain a uniform mica powder suspension, (c) forming graphene or graphene composite into a graphene dispersion under action of dispersant and ultrasound, (d) dripping graphene dispersion to uniform mica powder suspension, heating and stirring to cover the graphene dispersion on the surface of the mica micro-wafer, leaving still for 1.5-2.5 hours, removing the supernatant and filtering to obtain a mixed precipitate, (e) sintering the mixed precipitate at high-temperature for 2.5-3.5 hours to obtain a sintered material, sequentially adding sintered material, dimethyl silicone oil and iron oxide to colloid mill, and uniformly grinding for 30-60 minutes to obtain a mixed fine grinding portion, and (f) washing the mixed fine grinding portion using ethanol, drying in an oven and heating at 100-110 degrees C to obtain the product.
