▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A water-based superhydrophobic nanocomposite coating is prepared by mixing 2-40 %mass aqueous emulsion, 2-30 %mass inorganic nanoparticles modified by temperature-sensitive hydrophilic polymer and hydrophobic polymer, 1-10 %mass organic solvent, and 30-90 %mass water. USE - Water-based superhydrophobic nanocomposite coating on substrate e.g. glass sheet, aluminum alloy sheet, carbon steel sheet, copper sheet, stainless steel sheet, wood block, cotton cloth, sponge and paper (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The water-based superhydrophobic nanocomposite coating has controllable water droplet adhesion property, and self cleaning property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of water-based superhydrophobic nanocomposite coating, which involves mixing the aqueous emulsion according to the metering ratio with the organic solvent to form a dispersion, and mixing the temperature-sensitive hydrophilic polymer and hydrophobic polymer-modified inorganic nanoparticles according to the metering ratio with water, adding to the dispersion and stirring; and (2) application of the water-based superhydrophobic nanocomposite coating, which involves coating on substrate and drying, where the static water contact angle of the coating surface is more than 150 degrees C, adjusting the rolling angle to 10-180 degrees , and controlling the drying film forming temperature at 35-100 degrees C.
