NOVELTY - Surface treatment method for corrosion-resistant sheet metal component, comprises (a) phosphating the outer surface of the sheet metal component; (b) subjecting the sheet metal to 3-level hot-dip galvanizing treatment, where the thickness of the 3-level hot-dip galvanized layer is 50-70 um; (c) sandblasting the surface of the sheet metal component; (d) spraying the zinc-rich paint on the surface of the sheet metal to form a zinc-rich paint layer, where the spraying speed is 8-10 seconds/100 mm, the spraying temperature is 55-60℃, and the thickness of the zinc-rich coating layer is 20-22 um; and (e) spraying the modified epoxy resin coating on the surface of the sheet metal to form a modified epoxy resin coating layer, where the spraying speed is 8-12 seconds/100mm, and the thickness of the modified epoxy resin coating layer is 22-24 um. USE - Surface treatment method for corrosion-resistant sheet metal component. ADVANTAGE - The method provides the sheet metal with good surface anti-corrosion effect, satisfies the requirement of GB/T 10125-2012artificial atmosphere corrosion test salt spray test, and has good adhesive force.
