NOVELTY - Graphene thermal interface material production device comprises fixing frame (1). The upper end of the fixing frame is provided with a transmission box (2), the inner wall of the transmission box is provided with a rotation fixing seat (3), a plurality of rotation fixing seat are arranged in a circular array. The center of the transmission box is concentrically provided with a microneedle cutting seat (6). A driving mechanism (4) is provided at the lower end of the fixing frame, the driving mechanism comprises an indexing turntable and a synchronous deflection motor, and the middle part of the output turntable is rotatably installed with a synchronous chassis (5). The synchronous chassis and the rotation fixing seat are in transmission connection through a synchronous deflection transmission mechanism, the lower end of the synchronous chassis is drivingly connected with the synchronous deflection motor. USE - The graphene thermal interface material is useful in electronic devices. ADVANTAGE - The device: is low in price, simple in process, suitable for large-scale continuous production, and suitable for industrial scale-up applications; prepares a thermal interface material with a high degree of vertical orientation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of graphene thermal interface material. The method uses solution of polyimide in dimethylacetamide solvent.
