NOVELTY - A metal material is enhanced through graphene by adding 5 g graphene to 495 ml alcohol solution, preparing into graphene solution by ultrasonically cell crushing for greater than or equal to 30 minutes, uniformly mixing 1000 g metal powder with 100-2000 ml of prepared graphene solution, pouring in ball mill, carrying out mechanical ball-milling for greater than or equal to 24 hours, taking out mixture, putting in beaker, placing in oven, drying to obtain graphite/metal composite powder, loading in sheath while oscillating to increase apparent density, and performing vacuum treatment while heating until vacuum degree reaches 1x 10-3 Pa. USE - Enhancement of metal material through graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Enhancement process is simple and easy to realize, has reduced production cost, uses pure graphene, precisely controls graphene addition amount, promotes easy formation of monodispersed graphene homogeneous solution and metal powder uniform composite, ensures graphene dispersibility, avoids formation of metal particles oxide film, and forms good bond between graphene and metal particles.
