NOVELTY - Preparing silica gel material covered graphene comprises preparing graphene oxide dispersion liquid and silica gel dispersion liquid and then mixing, adding mixing solution with the amino silica gel (3.5-35 mg/ml) and oxidized graphite alkene (0.5-2.5 mg/ml) and then stirring for 1 hour, introducing the mixed solution into a reaction stillage for hydro-thermal reduction treatment at more than 200 degrees C for more than 2 hours, carrying out flotation using an organic solvent to obtain a reaction product and coating the silica gel on the graphene. USE - The method is useful for preparing silica gel material covered graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method simply, safely and environment-friendly prepares silica gel material covered graphene with good reproduction quality.
