NOVELTY - Composition comprises 100 pts. wt. rubber, 20-75 pts. wt. carbon black, 0-25 pts. wt. white carbon, 0.1-10 pts. wt. carbon nanotube and 0.1-10 pts. wt. graphene. USE - Composition used in tire (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition maintains original processing performance and physical performance, increases thermal conductivity, shortens vulcanization time, and increases shelf life and durability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing composition, which involves: (A) taking internal mixer with starting temperature of 20-80 degrees C, speed of 30-80 revolutions per minute with pressure of 3-8bar, and adding rubber, white carbon, carbon black, carbon nanotube and graphene for 10-60 second, and then adding antioxidant, zinc oxide, microcrystalline wax, stearic acid and plasticizer at 140-175 degrees C for 10-60 seconds; and (B) mixing materials in internal mixer, and then adding accelerator and sulfur and mixing for 100-400 seconds to obtain final material.
