NOVELTY - A method for uniformly growing graphene in a carbon block, comprising (i) preparing a carbon block, (ii) subjecting carbon block to discharge flash burning; and (iii) sintering the flash-burned block. USE - Method for uniformly growing graphene in carbon slide block used in pantograph slide plate in railway bow net system. Can also be used in train, ship, aircraft, etc. ADVANTAGE - The compression resistance of the carbon block, anti-bending strength and heat-conducting performance are improved. The method is economic and convenient, and the energy consumption is low. The carbon base grows out of the graphene-base connected together to form a complete carbon/graphite-carbon graphene graphite structure, after sintering. The tightness degree of carbon base is improved because of graphene burning generated by the asphalt coke, petroleum coke and carbon black better connected together. The conductivity of carbon matrix, heat conducting performance and mechanical performance is improved, because of the introduction of graphene in the carbon matrix.
