NOVELTY - Preparing multipurpose coating composition comprises (S100) supplying nitrogen gas into a reaction tank, (S200) adding 5-20 mol.% organic solvent, 0.05-0.25 mol.% polymer, 0.01-0.3 mol.% graphene and 0.5-5 mol.% ultraviolet blocker into the reactor under nitrogen atmosphere to obtain a mixture, and (S300) respectively spraying 3.5-8 mol.% tertiary distilled water and 0.5-1.5 mol.% silicon on the mixture in the reactor at a rate of 1000-3000 ml/minute, and reacting for 5-6 hours. USE - The multipurpose coating composition is useful for exterior wall of buildings. ADVANTAGE - The multipurpose coating composition has luster effect, secured water repellency, improved cleanliness, extended service life and can blocks ultraviolet rays. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for multipurpose coating composition, comprising organic solvent, polymer, graphene, ultraviolet blocker, tertiary distilled water and silicone.
