NOVELTY - Graphene composite heating film comprises graphene heating film, first insulating film and second insulating film, where the graphene heating film is disposed between the first insulating film and the second insulating film, and a terminal disposed on the graphene heating film. USE - The film is useful as wearable heating material. ADVANTAGE - The film has excellent thermal conductivity, good intensity, folding resistance and bending resistance; and can be cleaned. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for patterning with multiple layers of graphene stacks, forming a graph of a graphene heating film, taking an insulating film with graphene transferred and a separate insulating film, bonding both sides of the patterned graphene heating film to the graphene-transferred insulating film and a separate insulating film, forming an insulating film/graphene/graphene heating film/insulating film structure, and manufacturing the terminal.
