▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A moisture-absorbing, quick-drying, antibacterial and anti-mildew modified regenerated fiber cotton yarn comprises 20-30 pts. wt. waste cotton fabric, 15-20 pts. wt. cotton yarn leftover, 10-20 pts. wt. bamboo charcoal fiber, 10-20 pts. wt. vinyl propylene fiber, 1-4 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1-4 pts. wt. polylysine, 1-4 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide, 2-10 pts. wt. gelatin powder, 1-5 pts. wt. aqueous polyurethane, 1-7 pts. wt. liquid paraffin, and 1-3 pts. wt. hydroxymethyl cellulose. USE - Moisture-absorbing, quick-drying, antibacterial and anti-mildew modified regenerated fiber cotton yarn. ADVANTAGE - The moisture-absorbing, quick-drying, antibacterial and anti-mildew modified regenerated fiber cotton yarn is comfortable to use due to vinyl alcohol-acrylic acid copolymer having high water absorption property and specific surface area. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the moisture-absorbing, quick-drying, antibacterial and anti-mildew modified regenerated fiber cotton yarn, which involves: (1) adding acrylic acid and vinyl alcohol to a reactor, adding a catalyst to product vinyl alcohol-acrylic acid copolymer, and introducing into an evaporating dish to obtain gelatin powder; (2) crushing waste cotton fabric, cotton yarn leftover, bamboo charcoal fiber and vinyl propylene fiber, soaking in absolute ethanol for disinfection and sterilization, dehydrating in a dryer, and processing to obtain a mixed fiber sliver; (3) dissolving hydroxymethyl cellulose and aqueous polyurethane in water, heating at 50-60 degrees C, adding sodium hydroxide and chloroacetic acid, stirring until a clear solution is formed, adding the mixed fiber sliver to the clear solution, adding nano-zinc oxide, graphene oxide, polylysine, nano-titanium dioxide and the gelatin powder, soaking at constant temperature for 1-2 hours, and ultrasonically oscillating and dispersing for 20-25 minutes to obtain a mixed slurry; and (4) dehydrating the mixed slurry, drying, carding, combing and drawing.
