NOVELTY - An infrared invisible composite material comprises an anti-condensation layer, an infrared stealth anticorrosive layer, and a damping layer. The anti-condensation layer includes 60-75 pts. wt. hyperbranched acrylic acid modified polymer, 10-15 pts. wt. inorganic filler, 1-2 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.5-0.8 pt. wt. defoamer, 4-6 pts. wt. fumed silica, and 20-30 pts. wt. water. The infrared stealth anticorrosive layer includes a component (A) including 50-60 pts. wt. polyaspartic acid resin, 20-30 pts. wt. modified ester additive, 7-10 pts. wt. paraffin phase change microcapsules, 3-6 pts. wt. pigment, 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. dispersant and 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. defoamer, and a component (B) including 70-80 pts. wt. isocyanate curing agent and 20-30 pts. wt. modified ester additive. The damping layer includes acrylic acid emulsion, polyurethane emulsion, graphene, MCM-21 molecular sieve, tetra-needle-shaped zinc oxide whiskers, and dispersant. USE - The infrared invisible composite material is useful in construction, shipbuilding, aviation and military equipment (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The infrared invisible composite material has excellent sound absorption property, noise reduction property, anti-condensation performance, and salt spray resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An infrared invisible composite material comprises an anti-condensation layer, an infrared stealth anticorrosive layer, and a damping layer from outside to inside. The anti-condensation layer includes 60-75 pts. wt. hyperbranched acrylic acid modified polymer, 10-15 pts. wt. inorganic filler, 1-2 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.5-0.8 pt. wt. defoamer, 4-6 pts. wt. fumed silica, and 20-30 pts. wt. water. The anticorrosive layer comprises component (A) including 50-60 pts. wt. polyaspartic acid resin, 20-30 pts. wt. modified ester additive, 7-10 pts. wt. paraffin phase change microcapsules, 3-6 pts. wt. pigment, 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. dispersant and 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. defoamer, and component (B) including 70-80 pts. wt. isocyanate curing agent and 20-30 pts. wt. modified ester additive, in a weight ratio of 1:(1.2-1.5). The damping layer includes 25-40 pts. wt. acrylic acid emulsion, 15-25 pts. wt. polyurethane emulsion, 10-20 pts. wt. graphene, 4-6 pts. wt. MCM-21 molecular sieve, 2-4 pts. wt. tetra-needle-shaped zinc oxide whiskers, and 1-2 pts. wt. dispersant.
