NOVELTY - Manufacture of electrically connected components involves forming a contact portion comprising layer(s) of graphene on a surface of a metallic component (10) by irradiating graphene-forming light (4) having a wavelength in the wavelength region, where the gaseous carbon source (3) absorbs light having high efficiency, on the surface of the metallic component. USE - Manufacture of electrically connected components. ADVANTAGE - The method produces electrically connected component having excellent contact reliability and long life without using the noble metal.
