NOVELTY - The device has an exhaust passage provided with an exhaust port. An air channel is connected with an air outlet end of a fan. The air channel is provided with a semiconductor air conditioner. A tail end of the semiconductor air conditioner is connected with the exhaust passage. The exhaust passage is fixed with an air conveying passage and provided with a total heat exchanger. The total heat exchanger is fixed in a baffle plate surface. The baffle plate surface is coated with graphene. The air conveying passage and the exhaust passage are fixed in a cabinet shell. USE - Indoor air conditioning device. ADVANTAGE - The device has simple structure, and realizes a function of blower and exhaust fan, occupies low space and saves energy.
