NOVELTY - Preparing titanium-graphene composite material comprises weighing 0.1-1g graphene powder material and 100-1000g titanium alloy powder, adding into a ball mill, ball milling at -100 to -60 degrees C with a nitrogen flow of (5-20ml)/minute for 60-1200 minutes to obtain a titanium-graphene composite powder,where the ball mill is a low temperature liquid nitrogen planetary ball mill and the ball milling tank is filled with argon gas for protection, and performing densification sintering and molding to obtain high-strength high-plasticity titanium-graphene composite material, where the titanium alloy powder is alpha titanium alloy powder or low alloyed alpha + beta titanium alloy powder, prepared by rotating electrode method. USE - The method is useful for preparing titanium-graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method achieves diversification of the morphological types of titanium carbide particle. The composite material has high-strength and high-plasticity.
