▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene laminate comprises a substrate, a first layer containing graphene disposed on the substrate, and a second layer containing a conductive polymer and a binder resin, disposed on the first layer. The first layer is made of graphene. The binder resin is made of polyvinyl alcohol. The substrate is polymer film. The substrate and the first layer are in direct contact. USE - The graphene laminate is useful in electrode material for electronic device i.e. touch panel, organic light emitting device, organic thin film transistor, organic solar cells, rechargeable battery, fuel cell, memory device and biosensor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene laminate has improved bending resistance, flex resistance, transmittance, electrical conductivity and durability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIMSare also included for: (1) producing graphene laminate comprising (a) forming the first layer containing graphene on the substrate, (b) applying a coating composition containing conductive polymer, binder resin and solvent on the first layer, and (c) forming second layer containing conductive polymer and binder resin by removing at least portion of the solvent in the coating composition; (2) electrode material comprising graphene laminate; and (3) electronic device comprising electrode material.
