NOVELTY - Anti-aging elastomer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material comprises tire base, modified asphalt layer and polyethylene terephthalate film, where the modified asphalt layer comprises 66-80 pts. wt. modified asphalt, 1-6 pts. wt. modified zinc-magnesium-aluminum layered double hydroxide and 20-35 pts. wt. filler. The preparation of modified asphalt is as follows: (i) injecting the dried asphalt into the shear mixer, adding styrene-butadiene-styrene, stirring, and thermally insulating for 1.5 hours to obtain styrene-butadiene-styrene modified asphalt, (ii) dispersing graphene oxide nanosheets in ethanol under ultrasonic state, adding octadecylamine, heating, adding ascorbic acid, heating at 60℃ for 22 hours, cooling to room temperature, filtering, washing and drying to obtain octadecylamine modified graphene oxide, and (iii) stirring and mixing styrene-butadiene-styrene modified asphalt and octadecylamine modified graphene oxide to obtain modified asphalt. USE - Used as anti-aging elastomer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material. ADVANTAGE - The anti-aging elastomer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material realizes encapsulation of graphene oxide by the hydrophobic group on the octadecyl group, increases lipophilicity of graphene oxide, achieves reduction of graphene oxide by adding ascorbic acid, removes hydrophilic oxygen-containing functional groups on the surface of graphene oxide, improves compatibility of graphene oxide with asphalt and styrene-butadiene-styrene, achieves good compatibility between asphalt and styrene-butadiene-styrene through the action of octadecylamine graphene oxide, and improves stability of styrene-butadiene-styrene/asphalt material.
