▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A nano solid iron phosphate-carbon-graphene composite material is formed by coating carbon source on the surface of nano solid iron phosphate particles which are connected through graphene. USE - Nano solid iron phosphate-carbon-graphene composite material is used for preparing lithium-iron phosphate cathode material paste and electrode sheet coating. ADVANTAGE - The nano solid iron phosphate-carbon-graphene composite material is economically prepared with reduced corrosive effect (by addition of ferric nitrate) on the equipment, by simple process, provides lithium-iron phosphate cathode material with tap density of 1.68 g/cm3 or less and high volume capacity, and improves quality of electrode sheet. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of nano solid iron phosphate-carbon-graphene composite material, which involves using deionized water, graphene oxide suspension, ferric nitrate, phosphorus source and carbon source. The graphene oxide suspension comprises 1-3 mg/ml graphene oxide. The usage amount of graphene oxide suspension is 1.5-5 vol.% with respect to deionized water. The molar ratio of ferric nitrate and phosphorus source is 1:1-3. The usage amount of carbon source and graphene oxide with respect to ferric nitrate and phosphorus source is 1-30 %mass and 1-10 %mass, respectively.
