NOVELTY - A silicate concrete anti-corrosive paint comprises 30-40 wt.% aqueous organosilicon modified acrylic resin, 10-20 wt.% silicon dioxide, 2-8 wt.% graphene, 5-10 wt.% crystalline flaky basalt, and remaining water. USE - The silicate concrete anti-corrosive paint is useful in construction, shipbuilding, marine development, and machinery industry (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The silicate concrete anti-corrosive paint forms permeable dense coating by utilizing aqueous organosilicon-modified acrylic base material and nano-type filler, blocks the diffusion of corrosive medium to concrete, and improves the durability of concrete. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of the silicate concrete anti-corrosive paint, which involves mixing aqueous organosilicon modified acrylic resin and water, then adding spherical silicon dioxide powder, uniformly dispersing, adding graphene, evenly dispersing, finally adding crystalline flaky basalt, and evenly mixing; and (2) use method of the silicate concrete anti-corrosive paint, which involves loading the silicate concrete anti-corrosive paint on a concrete test piece surface by brushing or spraying, and curing.
