NOVELTY - Manufacturing decorative pattern graphene condom comprises e.g. (i) taking fresh green tea leaves, ammonium hydroxide solution and preparing fish bladder collagen solution; (ii) chopping fresh green tea leaves, soaking in boiling hot soaking solution, adding ammonium thiocyanate chromium solution, eluting, injecting etching solution and cooling; (iii) dissolving Poria extract, cogon grass rhizome extract, kudzu isoflavone extract, radix paeoniae alba extract, radix dipsaci extract and Rehmannia glutinosa extract in a water-ethanol; and (iv) sealing and packing. USE - The condom is useful for male for treating inflammation (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is environmentally-friendly. The condom provides aesthetic feeling and sterilizing effect, increases friction force and improves sexual health of men. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacturing decorative pattern graphene condom comprises (i) taking 30-40 pts. wt. fresh green tea leaves, 20-25 pts. wt. (10%) ammonium hydroxide solution, and 20-25 pts. wt. (5%) ammonium thiocyanate chromium solution and 5-8 pts. wt. cation exchange resin to obtain etching liquid, taking 3-5 pts. wt. Poria extract, 10-15 pts. wt. cogon grass rhizome extract, 15-20 pts. wt. kudzu isoflavone extract, 8-5 pts. wt. radix paeoniae alba extract, 4-7 pts. wt. radix dipsaci extract and 8-10 pts. wt. Rehmannia glutinosa extract to obtain filling liquid and preparing fish bladder collagen solution; (ii) chopping fresh green tea leaves mechanically to 1-2 mm to obtain end leaves, taking boiling water for swelling, soaking leaf ends in boiling hot soaking solution in boiling state for 20-30 minutes, filtering solid content, cooling solution to room temperature until the temperature of the solution is lowered to the same temperature as the room temperature to obtain a mixed solution, adding drop wise 5% ammonium thiocyanate chromium solution into the mixed solution until precipitation does not occur, adsorbing precipitates with cation exchange resin to obtain resin with adsorbed etching material, eluting using 10% ammonium hydroxide solution, heating the eluent to obtain 15% etching solution, reversing setting prepared graphene condom on the glass tooling whose shape is matched to make the surface flat and open and heating condoms on the tooling set to 70-80 degrees C, using diamond hollow drill bit internally filling with etching solution to etch the pattern at the same time, injecting the etching solution into the pattern after the etching is completed and cooling to room temperature to obtain etched condom; (iii) dissolving Poria extract, cogon grass rhizome extract, kudzu isoflavone extract, radix paeoniae alba extract, radix dipsaci extract and Rehmannia glutinosa extract in a 50% water -50% ethanol solution, heating to form viscous, where kinematic viscosity control is 20MM2-S-25MM2-S, soaking etched condom repeatedly in the viscous solution and subjecting to a soaking-natural drying-soaking cycle, repeating for 5-8 times and wiping the condom surface with a solution of 50% water and 50% ethanol to complete the filling process to obtain a filled condom; and (iv) closing fish bladder collagen solution naturally to viscous by controlling kinematic viscosity at 50MM2-S-55MM2-S, applying viscous fishy collagen solution repeatedly, applying evenly on the surface of the filled condom, repeating the smear-drying-smearing cycle for 3-5 times, placing condom on the tooling and finish smearing, sealing and packing.
